• Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends/holidays).
Delivery time (estimates)
• Local / Burkina Faso: 1–5 business days (depending on the city)
• International: 5–15 business days (depending on destination & customs)
Shipping fees
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and delivery speed.
Order tracking
• When your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email/SMS/WhatsApp.
Customs, duties & taxes (international)
• International orders may be subject to customs fees. These are paid by the customer (unless stated otherwise).
Address accuracy
• Please double-check your address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, re-shipping fees may apply.
Delayed or missing packages
• If tracking hasn’t moved for 7 days (local) or 10 days (international), contact support — we’ll investigate immediately.
