Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Return window
• You can request a return within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible returns
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (with tags if applicable).
• Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.
Non-returnable items (for hygiene & safety)
• Underwear, swimwear (if hygiene seal removed), beauty/cosmetics opened, personal care items opened, and intimate items.
• Gift cards and final-sale items.
Damaged / wrong item
• If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll replace it or refund it fast.
Refunds
• Once approved, refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank/payment provider).
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error is ours.
Exchanges
• We can exchange for a different size/color if available. If not available, we’ll refund you.
